RESULTS

  • 88% of users made changes to the way they run their businesses online
  • 27% had seen more sales or bookings
  • 32% had seen an increase in customer numbers
  • 49% had seen an increase in website visitor numbers

HOW I WORKED

I was part of a team consisting of a Design Director and another senior designer. We worked closely with stakeholders to make sure the look aligned with Google’s Material Design system and was also easy to use.

While this wasn’t a mobile first project, a huge amount of effort was made to ensure it was easy to use on mobile devices. This involved testing font sizes for readibility as the target audience was older than Google’s typical target audience.

We focused on breaking down classes and lessons down into bite-sized pieces of content. This helped make the process less daunting which greatly increased the chances of success.
