As the lead design in a seed-funded startup, I wore many hats. I worked closely with a front and a back end developer on every aspect of this project. I created the entire product - this includes the User Experience for the app and responsive webapp, the visual identity (excluding the logo) and design system and the marketing website.

This project’s deliverables were constantly shifting depending on internal and external stakeholder’s requirements. We moved fast and pivoted faster when necessary.

The product consists of a web app for creating teams, tournaments, schedules and more. The app and web app also contain this functionality, with the added feature of live scoring and updates.

I also designed for phase two which involved adding a newsfeed with integrated e-commerce and a full analytics platform. Sportninja is available to download in the app store now.
